About Us ...

Damian Wilson started his production career in 1998 working at Wise Buddah where he cut his teeth producing the Boy George show for Galaxy and worked his way up to become a BBC Radio 1 producer. He is noted for producing the respected and worldwide renowned Pete Tong Essential Selection and during this 8-year period he also produced Mary Anne Hobb’s Breezeblock, Judge Jules, Seb Fontaine and Dave Pearce’s Dance Anthems. Damian was also a leading figure in Radio 1’s live dance output from Ibiza, Miami, Creamfields and Homelands. He was instrumental in taking the Essential Selection to Maida Vale and bringing the likes of Jamie Cullen and P Diddy onto the show.

In 2006 Damian joined Cr2 Records as A&R Manager signing the likes of Fedde Le Grand, Chuckie and Jacob Plant. Moving to Ibiza in 2009 Damian produced a live radio show 4 nights a week from the Pacha Ibiza terrace across the island’s Global Radio and also created a live show during the 2009 Ibiza DJ awards that was broadcast across the island and featured the winners from that year.  

During his 2 years living in Ibiza, Damian became an Artist Manager at Three Six Zero group where he worked with Michael Woods, Chris Lake, Fred Falke, Tom Neville and Jacob Plant. 

In 2013 Damian started working with Rob da Bank at Graphite Media and produced Rob’s US radio show on Evolution which lead him to work as General Manager at the NoiseHouse producing shows for Afrojack, Laidback Luke, R3hab, Michael Woods, Chuckie, Cream Radio and We Are FSTVL.  

Damian also works closely with Idris Elba on his Driis / 7 Wallace projects and produced his live radio show from Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes in Ibiza during the summer of 2014 for Capital FM and Capital Xtra.

He’s started his own production company to expand his creative and production skills and continues to work with David Guetta, along with producing the radio shows for Sasha ‘Last Night On Earth’ / NERVO 'NERVONation' / Bakermat ‘The Circus’ / Steve Aoki 'Aokis House' and 'Dim Mak Studios' and a BBC Introducing show with Huw Stephens for BBC Music on the World Service. 

He is also currently working with the BBC Introducing team on a new electronic music strategy which has so far resulted in DJ Showcase sets at Creamfields and ADE .. a first for the BBC and the genre.
